• Constraints: As for bit_copy.
• Preconditions: middle is in [ranges::begin(r), ranges::end(r)], checked by an assert.
• Effects: Copies [middle, ranges::end(r)) and then [ranges::begin(r), middle), each as bit_copy does.
• Complexity: As for bit_copy.
